Dining Terms & Conditions

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS/GRATUITIES

We request £250 for all upstairs private dining and £500 for the main restaurant which will be deducted from the final bill. Deposits are non-refundable but however can be transferred to a future booking at a later date.

We request at least 3 weeks’ notice for private dining cancellations.

Reservations will be held for 14 days during which time we will contact you if we receive any other enquires for the chosen date, after this time the room will be released if we have not received you non-refundable deposit.

An Optional 10% service charge will be added to the final bill on the evening.

MENUS

Parties from 9-14 Guests, a reduced menu of 3 choices will be offered, this will have to be pre ordered or a 2 choice menu can be offered and ordered on the evening.

Parties from 14-50 Guests, a set menu will be offered this could be the menu Gourmand or dishes of your choice which can be taken from our current a la carte/du jour menu.

Current menus will be provided before the event in order to pre-select one of the above options.

All menus & produce are subject to availability. Please note menus on our web site are samples.

LAST ORDERS

Last orders for drinks will be 12.30am as the restaurant is licenced to 1.00am.

DRESS CODE

At the request of our guests, The Box Tree Restaurant has a smart dress code – Jacket preferred, shirt with a collar required for gentlemen, no T-shirts, shorts, sportswear, sneakers or trainers of any kind.

CORKAGE

Corkage will apply from £25.00 per bottle for still wine and £40.00 per bottle for champagne/sparkling wine. This would also depend on the wine provided.

CHILDREN

For private parties children of any age are welcome in the allocated dining areas.

We do not provide children’s menus, however we can adapt various dishes from current available menus.

Please Note – We do not have any changing facilities or storage for prams.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Any property damaged will be valued and charged accordingly.
